Last night in Hollywood the stars came out to see the main event. Versus sports and 2k put two of biggest NBA stars to the test. Kobe Bryant and Carmelo Anthony squared up in a head to head match of NBA 2K10.

Now for you gamers saying “Hey but that’s not out yet”, It’s not out for you. True, the game doesn’t drop until October 6th, but we at Konsole Kingz are always on top of things. The game started with people cheering on Kobe as he dominated Melo in the game. As the night progressed Melo proved he was no slouch and brought it to a close game.

In the end the victor’s name was heard throughout the venue as people chanted “24 Lakers”. Many celebrities packed the place with names ranging from Dr. Dre to Penny Marshall (yeah from Lavern & Shirle). All-in-all the event was dope and NBA 2K10 is living up to the hype.
